Eranova Workforge provides a unified platform connecting talent, funding, and procurement. Features include a chat-first console, Discovery feed, AI copilot (Era), and workspace tools for teams and organizations.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform are owned by Eranova Workforge or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display and distribute it within the Platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Eranova Workforge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
